You are welcome to come in to Cherish and join us for group meditations, or to utilise the meditation room in your own time whenever Cherish is open. We have an iPod full of meditations and music, and headphones for you to use at your leisure.
But sometimes you won’t be able to make it in, or you may feel that you need a support, or something to contemplate in a different space.
This online space offers a selection of guided meditations to support you in your daily life.
These resources are here to meet you where you are, when you need them.
For ease of navigation we have attempted to organise these practices into 3 categories. In each of these categories, the meditations are then organised by length, from shortest to longest.
Somatic/ Body Awareness
These meditations focus on the physical body, grounding, and somatic practices.
Relaxation/ Restorative
These meditations promote deep rest, relaxation, and soothing.
Insight/ Discovery
These meditations focus on exploration, growth, and understanding.
